A little about me, and the path that brought me here
I’m Monica Weaver. I was born and raised in Vanderhoof, BC, and this is still the place I call home.
I’ve always felt deeply. For a long time, that sensitivity left me feeling like the black sheep—aware of so much, but unsure where I belonged. I wanted to understand myself, why certain experiences affected me so strongly, and what I was meant to do with it all.
That search led me into healing, spiritual exploration, and a deeper relationship with myself. When I began sharing what I was learning with family and friends, something clicked. Helping others felt natural. It gave me a sense of belonging and purpose that I’d been searching for.

My own healing came first
My journey has included anxiety, depression, unhealthy relationships, and times when I felt empty or disconnected from my sense of purpose.
I wanted to understand the patterns I kept finding myself in. I also wanted to become more aware of what I was bringing into my relationships and family life—to grow for myself, for my children, and eventually for the people I would work with.
As I explored my inner child, family patterns, and spiritual beliefs, I began to understand my experiences differently. I found parts of myself that needed compassion and attention. I began to recognize how much of my life I had spent looking outside myself for a sense of belonging.
That personal work continues to shape how I meet others: with curiosity, care, and respect for everything we may be carrying beneath the surface.
Finding my own way of working
Over more than ten years in the field, I’ve explored many healing modalities, including Reiki, Theta healing, bioenergetics, quantum healing, bodywork, and emotional release practices.
Along the way, I’ve developed an intuitive, body-based approach that brings together conversation, emotional awareness, energy healing, and spiritual exploration.
I believe our bodies, emotions, energy, and spiritual lives are deeply connected. Listening to those connections can help us recognize what needs attention and where we feel ready for change.
My intuition is part of how I work. So is listening closely to you. I bring questions, observations, and possibilities into our sessions, with space for you to explore what resonates and share what doesn’t.
Your experience matters here
Every person arrives with their own history, beliefs, questions, and hopes. I want our time together to honour that.
We begin with what’s present for you. Some days, you may need space to talk. Other days, you may feel drawn toward body awareness, meditation, or energy work. We can explore spiritual themes when that feels meaningful to you, and you’re always welcome to ask questions or choose a different direction.
I believe you have an inner wisdom worth listening to. My role is to support you in deepening that connection, building awareness, and discovering what feels true for you.
There’s room here for tender moments, uncertainty, and honest emotion. There’s also room for laughter. Healing can include rediscovering what lights you up—those little sparkles of joy that remind you of who you are.
